On October 13, 2015, The Harper Decade hosted a special environmental themed lecture series event in Vancouver with the Board of Change. The event explored Canada's climate record and what is at stake at the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 21), which is being held from November 30 to December 1, 2015 in Paris. At previous conferences, Canada has played a critical role in preventing nations from reaching consensus and developing an actionable plan to address climate change and mitigate its effects.
Jennifer Allan, Tzeporah Berman and Marc Lee — leading voices on climate policy in Canada — shared their perspectives and insights on climate policy in Canada, and how we can reposition ourselves as a global leader. Thanks to Bill McIntosh for moderating.
